The patent-pending technology, developed by Michigan-based Gravy Network, employs geo-fencing technology to provide a virtual perimeter around a retail store, event or geographic location.
Subscribers who have downloaded the app to their phone will receive real time notifications when they approach a participating MOBIBO location. When the user views an offer, they are credited with cash in their MOBIBO account!
The cash can be withdrawn through PayPal, spent at the MOBIBO shop, or donated to a charitable foundation.
