Applegate Farms Turkey Bacon is not like other pork bacon alternatives. Applegate uses select cuts of hand-trimmed turkey thigh meat, not overly-processed composites. Because they use whole muscle cuts, and don’t use fillers or nitrites, their turkey bacon is meaty, smokey and delicious.

As if the Prepared Foods Department were not exciting enough, there is a new gourmet dish that is easy to reheat and enjoy: Apple Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops. We take fresh pork chops and stuff them with bread crumb stuffing, Granny Smith apples, spices and cranberries. The outside is breaded in Italian seasoned bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

We get our chicken from Miller Poultry, a northern Indiana-based, family owned business that raises chickens on farms in Northern Indiana and South Michigan. The animals are well cared for and raised without growth hormones or antibiotics.
