Aunt Vincenza, like many women in the Selvaggio family, has her own special dish. For as long as anyone can remember, whenever little nieces and nephews would come to visit they’d be tasked with helping her in the kitchen, preparing her famous Vincenza’s Homemade Italian Chicken Breast.
