RECIPE: Brussels Sprouts w/Bacon

I'm hoping this will be a gateway food. One of those dishes that helps me develop an appreciation for vegetables by blending them with foods that I already love. In this case, bacon. But there's also Brussels Sprouts, so I'm considering this a step above, say, a bacon cheeseburger. The idea came from a recipe on Sweet Savory Life, a recipe blog with lots of interesting posts about food.

First there is Valentine’s Day, and then there is spring. Tulips are great for both. Choose a bright and simple yellow, white or pink flower or pick one that is variegated for a beautiful contrasted look.
