Easter Sunday is just around the corner, and we have everything you need to celebrate the holiday.  If you’re hosting Easter dinner, make sure to pick up a Dearborn Ham- only $3.99 per pound for a limited time.  And for dessert?  How about Western Market’s freshly baked 8” apple pie?  Right now, it’s on sale for $3.99.  To brighten up the table, we have many fresh Easter plants and bouquets starting at $4.99.  If you’re looking for something to cure that sweet tooth of yours, we have colorfully bright Lofthouse frosted sugar cookies.  Right now they are on sale- 2 packages for $5.00.  If you’re looking for something to line that Easter basket, jelly beans are the perfect sugary morsel.  You can buy them at $2.29 per pound (many containers are less than $2).  We have plenty to choose from, from Sanders chocolate bunnies, to Reese’s mini peanut butter cups.  Make sure to stop by before Sunday, as we will be closed for the holiday.  Whatever your plans are for Eastern, have a happy and healthy one!

Options For Lent

For those of you who observe Lent, we have plenty of culinary options to keep you on track.  Every Friday, we have our own little fish fry in the prepared foods department!  If you stop by, you’ll find delicious fish prepared to perfection.  Full dinners are available, which include coleslaw and fries.

2012 was certainly a great year for us.  We saw many new Michigan products hit our shelves, a nice big bike rack constructed in front of our store, and our customers’ smiling faces.  We have a feeling that 2013 will be just as amazing!  Western Market will continue to bring you fresh food, great deals, community involvement, and friendly advice.  If there is anything we missed this year, please let us know.  We’re always looking for ways to satisfy our customers.

Labor Day weekend is here, and if you’re planning on grilling any time during the weekend, we have everything you need.  All weekend long, our hours will remain unchanged, but on Monday, we will be open from 8am until 6pm, in celebration of the actual holiday.
